All of our products are custom cut to order, which means they’re made especially for you once your order is placed. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns. Please double-check your order details before submitting and If you ever have a concern with your order, please reach out — our team will be glad to help.

Oh no we hate when this happens. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and the pack slip. Our team will review and get a solution in motion fast.

We work hard to get your order out quickly! All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours and shipped via UPS right from our workshop in Georgetown, Indiana. Transit times will vary based on your location.
Can I get my order faster?

Absolutely! If you need your order quickly, we can overnight ship it for you. You’ll be invoiced for the exact shipping cost, and as soon as that payment is received, we’ll get your order on its way.
Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our Georgetown, IN facility. Select the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
